4 Months

Jaxon had his 4 month appointment today and he did great. He was all smiles and chatting away with the doctor and the first nurse. Then the nurse came to give him his shots and he wasn't too happy, but he only cried for a second then he was happy and back to smiling and talking. He is getting bigger but still a little on the smaller side, he weights 12.1 lbs. which puts him in the 5th percentile, and he is 24 1/2 inches long putting him in the 25th percentile for height. The last week or so he has been a little fussy, I think that he might be teething. Other wise he is a very healthy, happy little guy.

Jaxon never really enjoyed tummy time, so I never really did it as often as I probably should have. Last week he rolled over from his back to his tummy, and decided it wasn't so bad. Now if you lay him down on the floor it's pretty much a guarantee that within seconds he will have rolled right over to his tummy. Now he just needs to figure out how to get back to his back; he did it a couple of times but that is it. Other than that Jax is still talking all the time, laughs when you laugh and when you tickle him, loves going for walks in the stroller, and starting to kick and splash in the tub.
