Cereal

We started giving Jaxon rice cereal about a week ago and so far he really seems to like it. He is pretty good at eating solids just yesterday he discovered how to really spit it back out at mom.

Payton has decided that now that Jax is eating solids and he can share that he isn't so bad to have around.

Jaxon is rolling all over the place these days, and scooting himself along the floor. He loves to get down and play. He has also become more aware of Payton and loves to watch as Payton plays with his toys and runs around the house.

Poor Payton thinks that now that Jaxon is moving and that he is on the floor that means he must be down there to play with him. Payton will take his toys over by Jaxon on the blanket and drop it, like he does for Brent or me, when he wants us to throw it for him. When Jaxon doesn't pick it up Payton get a little impatient and will occasionally bark at Jax or go get in his face and try to get him to play. It will be fun for both of them once Jaxon is big enough to actually play and run around with Payton.

Jaxon gets so busy rolling around he gets all rolled up in his blankets.

We went to a parade here in town the other day, but I forgot my camera. Jaxon did awesome, he watched for awhile and then crashed in Brent's arms and slept through the rest of it and the walk home.
