Nothing overly exciting is going on at our house right now, we are getting back into our routine of Dad going to work and the boys and I hanging out together. So here are five random things.
1. The other night Jaxon emptied Jagger laundry basket and hopped on in, he then informed me that, that was where he was going to sleep for the night. Looks compfy huh?
2. Right about the time we moved to our new house, just about a month ago, Jaxon was on the yogurt only diet. He has never been what I would consider a picky eater but he was pretty much only eating yogurt. He was insistant that he have at least one at every meal and a lot of times other than a bowl of cereal or a string cheese that was the only thing that he would actually eat. So everyday he was eating 3+ yogurts. Well I'm happy to say that it looks like that phase has passed. He is back to eating more normally and a lot less picky. In the picture he was helping feed Jagger and of course making him laugh.
3. This is more for Brent's parents, they are the only ones that saw the front yard before and I of course forgot to take a pic. There were one or two Mullberry bushes around each of the two pine trees in the picture and more around other pine trees not pictured that we spent hours and hours cutting and digging out, not fun! Also the area from the trees to the street about 4 feet or so was dirt, what was left of some dead grass, and a few plants that looked pretty pathetic. Now after days of work we have sod , that I have been spending lots of time watering. It still needs some TLC but it is looking much better thatn when we first moved in.
4.These two both love to play in their kitchen and in the real one too. I love having a playroom, it is nice to have one room for all the toys, not that it really stays that way. The only problem is that it is downstair and Jaxon can go down there just fine by himself he just won't, so it doesn't get used near as much as it should, thus the toys not staying in the nice playroom.
I told Jaxon to smile for me so I could take his picture.
5. Jagger has a new best friend, the trash can. Kitchen or bathroom, he isn't picky. He has found them and now he won't leave them alone. Yesterday he pulled himself up and started pulling things out of the garbage, before I could stop him I hear, "No, No Zagger, that ucky!" Jax then went over and as nicely as he could helped Jagger down and pick up the trash. Jaxon helps me keep an eye on Jagger.
