17 Months & 32 1/2 Weeks!

Jaxon is getting so big I can hardly believe that he is already 17 months, time just keeps flying by. He is getting so big and doing all sorts of new things. He definitely knows what he wants and very stubborn. He loves to eat his veggies especially fresh out of Grandma's garden. His newest word is banana and I think that he now thinks that Daddy lives in the computer. While Brent is away on rotation we have been Skyping when we get the chance and Jaxon get so excited and runs to the computer anytime I ask if he wants to talk to Daddy. He also gets excited and starts yelling Daddy whenever he sees the computer sitting out. He has also learned how to open the doors at Grandma's house and that is one of his favorite things to do during the day. He will open and close the doors for hours if you let him.

Jax also loves hats and apparently it doesn't matter who's hat it is he thinks he needs to have a turn to wear them.

We have been spending a lot of time outside in the afternoons and loving it. Jaxon thinks that he needs to boss Payton around and is constantly following him around and pulling on his chain.

For the most part these two get along pretty well.

As for me I think I've decided that being pregnant in the summer is not very much fun, it is way too hot. I'm getting excited that I only have about 7 weeks left but still feeling very unprepared. This little guy is a lot more active than Jaxon was, most days I feel like I'm a punching bag. Other than my now pretty much permanent swollen ankles, the inability to get comfortable at night, and the never ending heat I'm feeling great.
