No more shy baby

This week Em, and I went into the Dr. for a second try to see the gender of our baby. Em said she would be devastated if we did not find out what the gender was this time, so we were sure to tell the baby multiple times that it needed to be good and show us what is going on in there. So we got into the office and Em sat down and the doc put the jelly on and then put the transponder on and the very first thing he went for was a bum shot to see what was going on. Well he got it right on and it was one of those fun never forgetable moments in life when Em and I both said "is that a" ... moments pause... then the doc says "yep that is what you think it is". We were so happy, Em the entire pregnancy has said she kinda felt like she knew what the gender is but did not know if it was just her feeling that way because that is what she wanted or if it was because that is what it is. I think moms can tell what is inside them, but maybe I am crazy. All I know now is that I can finally let Em start shopping for baby clothes now that we know the gender.
